I made a handy app that displays the name of the mountain range by simply setting the camera to look towards the mountain at a time like that.
This app displays the name of the mountain looking done using a compass and GPS.
iPhone will overlay the location of the mountain to the camera, it is to display the name and elevation and distance.
Information stored in the database has nearly 20,000 mountain in Japan.
Also available in a location that is not networked.
Is free to change the scale so as to pinch your finger, you can see mountain names and other information if you tap the pin.
